Exciting Day ahead!!
SUNDAY, APRIL 28 is a stunner of a day for us at Orchard Covenant! Ever wonder where the Soup Can (a collection we take in the fall) offerings go? In worship we will be hearing from, Adam Edgarly, the Director of Covenant World Relief and Development for our denomination. After worship, Adam will host a question and answer time during a special Munch and Mingle. Prior to his work at CWRD he founded and served as the lead pastor of Newson Los Angeles Covenant Church and as the ECC’s director of global evangelism and Pacific Southwest Conference director of church planting. He has a B.A. and M.A. in Intercultural Studies and an MBA. You don’t want to miss what he has to share with us!
Later (THAT SAME SUNDAY) the youth will be hosting the Spaghetti Supper and Talent Show! This will be a fundraiser for getting our youth to camp this summer, so come with a check if you would like give to that end. There will be a basket to collect donations for the supper and there will also be some offerings from our youth who would like to earn some money towards camp by doing some chores.
THE SPAGHETTI SUPPER AND TALENT SHOW is a great event to INVITE a FRIEND to!! I’ll be inviting people. You should too!
